Ingredients
- Carrot - 1 cup
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Salt(as needed) -
- Coconut oil - 2 tsp
- Water - 1 cup
- Red chilli - 3
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Chili powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 10

Instructions
- Cook for 5 minutes in high flame.
- Heat oil in a kadai add mustard's when it splutters add urad dal,red chili and curry leaves saute fora minute.
- Add cooked carrot to this and saute for a minute.
- Add chili powder,salt and turmeric powder ,mix everything together.Cook for 2 minutes in low flame.
