- Raw pappaya - 1 medium
- Coconut - 1 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chillies - 4
- Curry leaves(few) -
- Mustard seed - 1 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt : As required -

- For preparing the healthy dish, first grate the papaya. Do not grate too thin.
- Heat oil in a deep pan. Splutter mustard and add grated papaya, salt and turmeric powder. Saute for 4-5 minutes.
- Grind grated coconut and chillies into a coarse paste.
- Add the coconut mixture and mix well and cover for a few minutes. Then open the lid and stir fry until dry. The whole method won't take more than 10 – 15 mts.
