Kozhukkatta A different method 1 cup Rice powder1/2 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)1/4 tsp Cumin powder (optional)1/4 cup Grated coconutSalt (As reqd)Water for boiling and mixingFor seasoning:-1 tsp Mustard seeds2 nos Dry red chillis (Kollamulaku)1 sprig Curry leaves1 tbsp Oil Crush the cumin seeds with a rolling pin.Mix together rice powder, cumin seeds, cumin powder and coconut adding water to the constituency of a chapati dough.:- Add water slowly , because the dough should be thick.Make oval shaped balls with hand.Heat water (5 cups) in a large pan.When it starts boiling, drop the balls into the water.:- You can reduce the heat little bit after dropping all the balls.After 20 mins, remove kozhukkattas from water.:- Serve with chutney.:- You can also serve in another way. Cut each kozhukkattas into small pieces. Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds, dry red chillies,curry leaves. Add kozhukkata pieces and saute for 5 seconds. Turn off the heat and then serve. Kerala
