Kuthiraivali Paniyaram is a very healthy and tasty south indian dish ,commonly done in villages .this millet is good in improving iron content in our body. This is a tasty and healthy paniyaram prepared with kuthiravali (Barnyard Millet). This dish tastes good with all kinds of chutney.

- bran yard millet 1 cup -
- urad dal 1/4 cup -
- onions chopped 1 1/2 cup -
- grated carrots 1 cup -
- curry leafs few -
- mustard seeds 1 sp, -
- channa dal 1 sp -
- urad dal 1 sp -
- Salt to taste -
- oil to cook -

Instructions
- soak the millets and urad dal over night
- grind it to a batter
- allow it to ferment for 5 hours
- in a pan saute mustard ,channa dal, urad dal and onions
- to it add curry leaves, grated carrots and salt
- add this mixture to the batter
- cook it in panniyaram maker cook both the sides until crisp
