Ingredients
- Ladies finger(Vendakka) - 10 nos
- Onion - 1 nos
- Green chillies - 4 nos
- Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/4 tsp
- Tomato(cubed) - 1 no
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Coconut Milk (Dissolve 4 tbsp coconut milk powder in 1 teacup of hot water) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- In a wok heat oil and splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Saute onions till translucent and add green chillies. Add required salt. :- Do not over fry the onions.
- Add ladies finger and sautT for a few minutes.
- Add coconut milk and turmeric powder.
- Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add curry leaves. Cover and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot with rice.
