500 gram Ladies finger1 tbsp Turmeric powder2 tbsp Pepper powderSalt (as reqd)Oil (for frying) Cut the ladies finger into 2 inch size. 2)Add turmeric powder, salt and very little water to partially cook veggies.Heat the pan and add 2 tbsp oil. 4)Transfer the partially cooked ladies finger to the pan.Sprinkle the pepper powder over the ladies finger.Let it fry for 5 minutes and then turn (flip) the ladies finger to the other side.Let it fry for a couple more minutes.:- The hot Crispy fry is ready!!
