1 kg Bottle gourd1 cup Coconut2 cloves Garlic1 tbsp Cumin seeds1 tbsp Red chilli powder1 tbsp Turmeric powderSalt (as reqd) Peel the skin of Bottle gourd and cut it into small pieces.Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt to the Bottle gourd in a pressure cooker.Add little water. :-Do not add too much of water; since water comes out of itself when it boils.Cook for two whistles.Grind coconut, garlic and cumin to a fine paste.Add the ground paste to the cooked bottle gourd and allow it to boil.:- The delicious curry is ready to be served hot!!
