Bottle Gourd Curry - Delicious Curry
Traditional Bottle Gourd curry with coconut
Ingredients
- 1 kg Bottle gourd
- 1 cup Coconut
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
- Salt as reqd
Instructions
- Peel the skin of Bottle gourd and cut it into small pieces.
- Cook for two whistles.
- Add the ground paste to the cooked bottle gourd and allow it to boil.
- :- The delicious curry is ready to be served hot!!
