  • Wash and wipe the lady's finger till dry. Slit them lengthwise and remove the seeds as shown below.
  • Mash the filling ingredients well with hands and fill in each of the lady's finger.
  • In a bowl, mix the gram flour with chilli powder, salt. asafoetida, turmeric powder and ½ cup water.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Dip the lady's finger in gram flour batter which is in the bowl and shallow fry them on both sides till golden brown.
  • Continue the same process for the rest of the lady's fingers.
  • :- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
