Ingredients
- Lady's finger - 10 nos
- Gram flour - ½ cup
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Asafoetida - ½ tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil for deep fry -
- For filling: -
- Grated Coconut - 1 cup
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - ½ tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Wash and wipe the lady's finger till dry. Slit them lengthwise and remove the seeds as shown below.
- Mash the filling ingredients well with hands and fill in each of the lady's finger.
- In a bowl, mix the gram flour with chilli powder, salt. asafoetida, turmeric powder and ½ cup water.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Dip the lady's finger in gram flour batter which is in the bowl and shallow fry them on both sides till golden brown.
- Continue the same process for the rest of the lady's fingers.
- :- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
