- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Peanut - 2 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 6

Instructions
- Cook rice with2 cup of water in oven.
- Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds,urad dal, and dry red chilly.Saute till the dal turns golden.
- Add curry leaves, and peanuts,continue to saute for 2 minutes.
- Then we can add cashewnuts to thisand mix.
- Add rice and salt and mix well.add lemon juice to this and mix well.
- Cook on a low flame for 2 minutes.
- Now lemon rice is ready to serve.
