Liver Pepper Fry Very good Dish for rice and chappathi 1 kg Liver1 cup Shallots2 meduim Savala1 tbsp Ginger1 tbsp Garlic2 cut Green chilly2 tbsp Oil1/2 tsp Mustard seedsFenugreek (a pinch)2 1/2 tbsp Pepper1/2 tsp Fennel powder (perum jeeakam)2 tsp Meat masala2 tsp Coriander powder1 tsp Garam masala1/2 cup WaterSalt to taste2 spring Curry leaves Heat a pan and add oil add in mustard seeds and fennel seeds let it splutter. Then add shallots , savala , Ginger , and garlic one by one. And sauté well.When colour changes and a good smell comes add all the powdered masalas except 1/2 tbsp pepper , fennel powder and salt and sauté well.Add liver in it and mix well . Let it there for some time and sauté well.After sometimes the colour of liver changes ,then add water .Close the lid and sauté occasionally and simmer the gas , after 10 minutes add in salt and mix well.Wait for 10more minutes ,the water is completely drain and add 1/2 tbsp pepper powder and fennel powder. And garnish with curry leavesNow liver pepper fry is ready to serve. (Do not over cook liver , otherwise it will become hard.) Kerala
