Instructions
- For preparing long beans/payar mezhukkuperatti, crush onion, red chillies and garlic.
- Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, curry leaves. Add the crushed onion and turmeric powder.
- Add the long beans and fry well.
- Long beans/payar mezhukkuperatti is ready.
