Gothsu is a South Indian recipe, used as a side dish for Idli/ dosa/ upma| pongal. Maanga Gothsu is delicious for idli and dosa. i love to have daily in the break fast when the mango season start. This maango gothsu is also an awesome side dish for variety rice.

- Raw mango 1 no. -
- red chili 2 no. -
- coconut 2 tbsp -
- coriander seed 1/5 tsp -
- cumin seed 1/5 tsp -
- roasted gram 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Asafoetida : 1 pinch -
- Oil: 2 tbsp -
- mustard 1/4 tsp -
- turmeric powder 1/5 tsp -

Instructions
- peel the skin of mango and chop it
- add grinded paste and turmeric powder and mix well
- add 1/2 glass of water and allow to cook for 10 minutes in a low flame
- now Maanga gotsu is ready to serve
