Its a simple and awesome pasta recipe that you can serve it as a snack,appetizer or ifthar dish.Its prepared with cooked macaroni and chicken masala.Both of them are combined with beaten egg and cooked in a saucepan.Lets go through the recipe images and must give this a try:-)

  • Cook the macaroni in enough water with salt to taste and 1 tbsp oil.when its cooked,drain the water and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add crushed ginger garlic and saute for few seconds.then add sliced onion and green chilly.Saute till it becomes soft.
  • Add all powders and shredded chicken.Cook for another 2-3 minutes and remove from the flame.
  • In a food processor or blender add eggs,pepper powder and salt as required.(make sure to add just enough salt becoz the chicken filling and macaroni already contains enough salt).blend it for 3 minutes
  • Add cooked macaroni and chicken filling in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add the egg mixture and combine well.
  • Heat ghee in a saucepan and pour prepared macaroni mixture.cook in very low flame for 25-30 minutes.
  • Now slowly turn this to the other side and cook on low flame for another 4-5 minutes.
  • Remove this from flame and serve hot or warm.
