Majjigi Charou Yoghurt soup 500 gm Yoghurt1 no Shallot (chopped, Kunjulli)1 no Green chilly (chopped, big)10 nos Curry leaves (chopped)1 tsp Mustard seeds1 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)1 tsp Black gram (Uzhunnuparippu)Asafoetida (A pinch, Kayam)Turmeric powder (A pinch)Salt (As reqd)1 tbsp Oil Whisk yogurt with a glass of water.Add salt in it.Heat oil in a saucepan.Splutter the cumin seeds, mustard seeds and black gram.Add the chopped shallots with chilly and curry leaves.Add pinch of turmeric and asafoetida and stir.
