Ingredients
- manathakkali 100 gm -
- Small onion 10 no. -
- Tomato : 1 no -
- Garlic 5 no. -
- tamarind water 1/2 cup -
- Coconut paste 1 cup -
- Sambar powder : 1 tsp -
- kuzhambu milagai powder 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Oil : 4 tsp -
- gingerly oil 3 tsp -
- Mustard : 1 tsp -
- broken urad dal 1/4 tsp -
- cumin seed 1/2 tsp -
- fenugreek seed 1/2 tsp -
- curry leaves 6 no. -

Instructions
- chop the onion, garlic and curry leaves
- chop the tomato
- clean and wash the manathakkali
- now add manathakkali and garlic and saute it for 3 mins
- add onion and curry leaves and saute it for 3 mins
- add tomato and mix well
- now add sambar powder and kuzhambu milagai powder and mix it
- now add coconut paste, mix it and allow to cook until it becomes gravy consistency
- now manathakkali kuzhambu is ready, serve with rice and vadagam
