Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Raw mangoes sour
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 tbsp Kashmiri chilly powder
  • 5 g Fenugreek seeds roasted and powdered
  • 5 g Asafoetida(roasted and powdered) Kayam
  • Water boiled and cooled

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Manga Achar, finely chop the raw mangoes.
  • Mix it together with all the rest of the ingredients.
  • Keep it for sometime. Enjoy Manga Achar as a side dish.
