A Veg curry made by raw mango

Ingredients
- Raw Mangoes - 2 nos
- Mustard seeds - 1 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds(Uluva) - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 10 nos
- Coconut - 1/2 of
- Curd - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Cut peeled mangoes into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a kadai or a pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and saute curry leaves.
- Add salt.
- Grind coconut with mustard seeds.
- Add the fine paste to the cooked mangoes.
- Boil for a while.
- Add beaten curd.
- Heat for a while and not boil.
- Add salt as required.
