Instructions
- peel the skin and take the flesh of mango
- add to the mixi jar and make fine paste without adding water
- add the mango paste in the pan and mix well
- continue stir for 5 mins and add sugar and mix well and allow to cook for 10 mins in medium flame
- squeeze the lemon and stir for 5 mins
- allow to until it becomes jam consistency
- now mango jam is ready
