Ingredients
- Prawns - 1 cup
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Onion - 1
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Gram masala - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Water - 11/2 cup
- Coconut oil - 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 5

Instructions
- Cook cleaned prawns with I cup of water,turmeric powder and salt for 3 minutes.
- Heat oil in a kadai add onions and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add coriander powder and turmeric powder to this and sauté for a minute.
- Add ginger garlic paste and chilli powder and sauté for a minute.
- Add curry leaves and cooked prawns. Sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup water and boil for 2 minutes.
- Close the lid and boil for 2 minutes in a low flame.
- Masala prawns in Kerala style is ready to serve.
