- Chicken - 250 g
- Rice flour - 2 cup
- Onion - 3
- Green chilly - 3
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala(pinch) -
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Grated Coconut - 1 cup
- Curry leaves(as required) -
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt(to taste) -

- Clean the chicken and marinate it with chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt as required.heat oil in a pan and deep fry it.
- Mince the chicken pieces
- Heat oil in a vessel and saute onion,ginger garlic paste,green chilly and curry leaves till it become soft and brown
- Add minced chicken,1/4 tsp turmeric powder,garam masala and pepper powder.saute it again for 2-3 minutes
- Make lemon size balls out of the dough and pat them into small disc.add 1 tbsp chicken masala into it
- Make a small ball and roll each prepared balls in the grated coconut
- Steam cook it for 20-25 minutes
- Masala rice balls are ready to serve
