Ingredients
- Mathanga - 200 gms
- Smal onion - 3
- Green chillies - 2
- Coconut oil - 5 tablespoon
- Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
- Curry leaves -
- Grated Coconut - 2 tablespoon
- Kaduku uluva - 1 teaspoon
- garlic(chopped) - 5
- Pepper - 1 tablespoon
- Jeerakam(a pinch) -
- Salt : for Taste -

Instructions
- Add oil in a pan and add green chillies, small onion, curry leaves and saute it well
- Now add the mathanga to it and saute well
- Then add crushed pepper, garlic, turmeric powder, jeerakam and mix well.
- Sprinkle some water in it and cook in a medium flame.
- Add the grated coconut to this and mix well and remove from fire.
