- Bread - 4
- Chicken - 1/2 cup
- Onion - 1 small
- Tomato - 1
- Carrot - 1 small
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
- Coriander leaves(little) -
- Salt to taste -
Ingredients

- Take a bowl and add cooked and shredded chicken(Cook the chicken with 1 tsp pepper powder,1/4 tsp Turmeric powder and salt as required.)
- Add 2-3 tbsp of mayonnaise and combine well.
- Take a piece of bread slice and spoon it over the bread.
- Place another bread slice over it and toast the both sides of sandwich until crispy and light brown in colour.
- Serve Immediately:-)
