Mayonnaise Vegetable Salad is an easy to prepare cold salad that uses the commonest of vegetables, yet tastes delicious. To make it more creamier and dense, my sweet mom whisks an extra dose of mayonnaise for me. She is happy that I am fed on nutritious veggies. Now i am old and I am grateful for all efforts and care she has showered on me. Memories of my childhood summers, our garden, fresh greens and my sweet family will never vanish from my mind, but grows stronger and stronger.

Mom was a strict vegetarian but my dad and siblings enjoy non-vegetarian delicacies as well. Now times have changed, I have grown old and I understand the value of relishing on fresh and healthy greens. Mayonnaise Vegetable Salad has a beautiful texture, and the delicate rawness will tempt you for more. This is the most simplest recipe for salad dressings. No cooking or blending involved. But don’t underestimate the dish, it is one of the most delicious of salad greens. All you need is just pepper powder and mayonnaise. The simplest combination that pairs perfect with salad greens. I prepare the dish during hot summers because Mayonnaise Vegetable Salad cools down your system. I usually double the recipe and store the dressing in glass containers in the refrigerator.   • Wash and clean the vegetables and keep it ready.
  • Cut the veggies
  • Mix all the chopped vegetables together in a bowl. Add salt as per taste.
  • Add pepper powder, salt and mayonnaise. Toss well.
  • Mayo Vegetable salad is ready now. Serve the delicious salad with any meal or with roasted chicken breast.
