Mash it with the beef.Chop the garlic, ginger, chillies and the onions.Put some oil in a sautT pan and sautT the onions, garlic, ginger and chillies. Add the mashed mixture of beef and potatoes and cook for 7 minutes.Add enough salt and mix well. Keep this aside.Beat the egg white with a fork and keep it aside too. Take the bread crumbs in a plate. Take the mixture (size of a golf ball) into the palm and make an oval shape.
