Ingredients
- Fish / Prawns - 250 gm
- Onion(finely chopped ) - 3
- Garlic Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
- green chilli - 4
- Garam masala - 1/ 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil - 2 taste

Instructions
- Add all powders, coriander leaves and saute again.
- Finally add the minced fish into the pan and mix well. Let it cool. Now the filling is ready for Meen Ada.
- Knead the dough thoroughly with your hands and make it round shaped balls.
- Take a ball size dough, and then press the dough using pathiri press or with your fingers ( Spread oil if needed )and make round shaped pathiris. ( as shown in the picture )
- Place the fish filling on the pathiri. Fold it and press the sides.
- Place the prepared ada in a steamer . Cook it for 20 - 25 minutes.
- Now the Meen Ada is ready to serve. Serve hot with tea or coffee.
- You can use any fish. Here I used tuna fish .
