Ingredients
- Cooked rice - 2 cups
- Oil - 5 tsp
- Mustard - 1 spoon
- Methi seeds - 4-5 nos
- Methi leaves(venthaya keerai) - 2 big
- Green peas - 1 cup
- Red chilli - 5 nos
- Coriander seeds - 2 tsp
- Bengal gram - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder(as reqd) -
- Salt(to taste) -

Instructions
- Heat oil on the tava and fry the red chilli, coriander seeds, bengal gram and grind it to a powder and keep it aside.
- Cut the methi leaves into separate leaves.
- Cook the green peas.
- Heat some more oil, put the mustard seeds, methi seeds and fry it in low flame for few seconds.
- Add the grinded powder and fry for a minute.
- Mix the cooked peas and add the cooked rice.
- :- Serve it hot!!! :- Its better when we add more methi leaves and its surely not bitter.
