- Moong dal Vada( cherupayar parippu ) - 1 cup
- Onion - 1 small
- Ginger - 1 small
- Green chilly - 3 nos
- Whole Black Pepper - 7-8 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1 /

- Besan flour - 1 tbsp
- Oil for frying -
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- Make small balls with dal mix. Wet your hands and flatten each balls with your palms.Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the vadas on medium flame till it becomes crispy and brown colour.
- Moong dal vada is ready. Serve hot with tea or coffee.
