  • Wash the sprouts nicely
  • Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seed
  • Add shallots,green chilly,ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 minute.
  • Add sprouts and mix it well.
  • Cover the top and cook it for 10 minutes
  • Sprout stir fry is ready to serve.
