Ingredients
- toor dal cooked 1 cup -
- cut mangoes 1 cup -
- Tomato 1 -
- Red chilli : 3 -
- dhania 1 sp -
- fenu greek 1 /4 sp -
- sesame seeds 2 sp -
- channa dal 1 sp -
- coconut 2 tbsp -
- curry leaf few -
- beaten curd 1/2 cup -

Instructions
- separately fry and grind chilli, dhania, fenu greek, sesame seeds, channa dal, coconut and curry leafs
- now add the cooked dal to it
- now add the ground paste
- as it boils add well beaten curd to it
- simmer the flame for 5 mins and serve.
