a simple curd based Kerala side dish. It is usually prepared by adding ash gourd or pappaya or cucumber.

  • Grind coconut, jeerakam, turmeric, ginger, garlic, small onion to a smooth paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard & uluva, unakku mulaku, small onions, curry leaves and let it become brown colour.
  • Then add the coconut paste to it and let it boil
  • Switch off the flame and mix curd in it.
  • Moru curry is ready.
