- Curd - 1 cup
- Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
- Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger(small piece.) -
- garlic - 2
- Mustard & Uluva - 1 teaspoon
- Curry leaves -
- Unakku Mulaku/ red chillies - 2
- Jeerakam - 1 teaspoon
- Small onions - 3-4
- Salt : for Taste -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard & uluva, unakku mulaku, small onions, curry leaves and let it become brown colour.
- Then add the coconut paste to it and let it boil
- Switch off the flame and mix curd in it.
- Moru curry is ready.
