Ingredients
- Chicken - 1 kg
- Onion - 2 nos
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
- Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Jeera - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder/Dhaniya - 1 tbsp
- Cardamom(Elaichi) - 2-3 nos
- Cloves(Grambu) - 2-3 nos
- Pepper - 5 nos
- Cinnamon(Dalchini) - 2 pieces
- Dry red chillies - 2 nos
- Tamarind water - 1/4 cup
- Coriander leaves (for garnishing) -

Instructions
- Clean the chicken pieces and cut into 2 inch pieces.
- Grind coconut, jeera, dhaniya, elaichi, cloves, pepper, dalchini & dry red chillies.
- Slice the onios.
- Heat oil in a kadai & fry the sliced onions until golden brown.
- Then add the marinated chicken into the kadai and fry.
- Add the ground masala & tamarind water. Cook well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Tips:- 1)To make the chicken more tastier fry the coconut & masalas before grinding)
