- Drum stick leaves - 2 cups
- Coconut(half cup) -
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Salt(As reqdf) -
- Chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Shallots - 4 nos

Instructions
- Heat oil in a vessel and sauté shallots in it.
- Mix the leaves with coconut, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt as required.
- Sauté it with shallots for 5-10 minutes on low flame, till done.
