- mushroom 1 cup -
- bengal gram 3 tsp -
- urad dal 3 tsp -
- coriander seed 2 tsp -
- black pepper seed 1 tsp -
- peanut 3 tsp -
- red chili 3 no. -
- cumin seed 1 tsp -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Tomato : 1 no -
- Oil: 2 tbsp -
- Mustard : 1/2 tsp -
- curry leaves 1 sprinkle -
- Coriander leaves : to garnish -

Instructions
- Take bengal gram, urad dal, black pepper seed, and coriander seed
- add peanut and dry roast it
- add red chili and cumin seed, mix it ad turn off the flame, and allow to cool
- once it get cooled, make a fine powder by grinding it
- in a kadai heat the oil and temper the mustard
- add curry leaves, onion and saute it for 3 mins
- add tomato and mix well
- add mushroom and mix it
- add the masala powder and mix it
- cook until it becomes thick gravy
- Now mushroom chettinadu is ready to serve, garnish with coriander leaves
