Ingredients
- Mushroom - 1 cup
- Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Onion - 2
- Tomato - 2
- green chilli - 4
- Coconut oil - 1 tsp
- Water - 1 cup
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Red chilli - 2

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai add onions saute for 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and green chilli and saute for 3 minutes.
- Add mushroomes to this and saute until raw smell disappears.
- In another kadai add grated coconut coriander powder,turmeric powder and chilli powder fry for 2 minutes until it becomes brown colour.
- Ground this in a mixer.
- Add this ground mix to the mushroom mix in the kadai .
- Mix well add water and boil for 5 minutes until the gravy is thick.
- Add little more water and boil for 10 minutes.
- Then boil for 2 minutes.Now mushroom theeyal is ready to serve.
