- Mushrooms(finely chopped) - 200 g
- Coconut(grated) - 1/2 of
- Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Add chilly powder, grated coconut, curry leaves, salt, turmeric powder and add mushroom.
- Do not cover with the lid. Cook the mushrooms on low flame till it becomes dry.
- Mushroom thoran is ready. Serve with chapatti or as a side dish for rice.
