  • For preparing palak egg thoran, heat oil in a vessel and splutter the mustard seeds.
  • Add curry leaves and red chilly powder.
  • Then add chopped palak, salt and turmeric powder. Do not put the lid and allow it to cook till it becomes dry on low flame.
  • Break the eggs and add it into the palak. Mix it continuously for 5 minutes.
  • Palak egg thoran is ready. Serve with chapatti or as a side dish for rice.
