Saute well.Add tomato, green chillies, turmeric powder, chilly powder and coriander powder.When oil appears on top, add salt and curry leaves.Add the tamarind juice and allow it to boil. Add little water to make more gravy.Switch off the flame. Now pour egg 1 by 1 and lightly stir with a ladle.Mutta puli is ready. Serve it hot. Kerala
