Ingredients
- Mutton - 500 gm
- Onion - 2 nos
- Tomato - 1 no
- Ginger garlic paste - 3 tsp
- Cinnamon - 3 small
- Cardamom - 2 nos
- Cloves - 4 nos
- Bay leaves - 2 nos
- Chilli powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Water - 1½ cups

Instructions
- Wash and drain the mutton. Keep aside.
- Add chopped onion and saute until it turns light golden colour.
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt.
- Add the mutton and mix well.
- Add tomato, chilli powder and salt. Fry the mutton with the masala for 5 mins in medium flame.
- Put this mutton into the pressure cooker and pour ½ cup of water into it. Stir well so that all the ingredients mix together and close the lid of the pressure cooker.
- Pressure cook for 4 whistles. After that remove from heat.
- Heat a kadai and add the pressure cooked gravy into it along with roasted pepper powder and cumin powder. Saute well and keep it aside.
- Boil it for few minutes, until it becomes a bit thick in consistency and remove from heat.
