- Mutton 100 gram -
- Egg 2 no. -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Tomato : 1 no -
- green chili 2 no. -
- Ginger : small piece -
- garlic 2 no. -
- cumin seed 1/4 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
- coriander masala 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil : 4 tsp -
- Maida : 1 cup -
- Wheat flour : 1/2 cup -

Instructions
- make a dough by maida, wheat flour, salt and water
- add onion and saute it
- add tomato and green chili and mix well
- add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander masala and salt and mix well
- chop the mutton very small pieces and wash it
- add mutton and mix well
- add 3 glass of water to cook the mutton
- mix well until the egg get cooked and mix well with mutton masala
- prepare chappati from the dough
- stuff the mutton masala
- roll it
- now mutton kathi roll is ready
