Ingredients
- Mutton - 1/2 kg
- Onion(sliced) - 2-3 nos
- Tomatoes - 2-3 nos
- Coconut(grated) - 2 tbsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Green chillies - 2-3 nos
- Ginger - 1/2" inch
- garlic - 5 cloves
- Coriander leaves(a small bunch) -
- Curd - 1/2 cup
- Almonds - 10-15 nos
- Ghee - 1/2 cup
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Boil the tomatoes in sufficient water till soft. Remove outer skin and mash the tomatoes well.
- Grind the ingredients: grated coconut, red chilly powder, cumin seeds, turmeric, green chillies, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, curd and almonds(from 4-14) to a fine paste. Keep this aside.
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry onions until golden brown in color.
- Add tomato pulp and fry for few minutes.
- Now add the masala paste and fry till the oil separates.
- Add mutton and continue frying for a few minutes.
- Add salt as per taste and cook till done.
- Best with roti and rice...
