  • Boil the tomatoes in sufficient water till soft. Remove outer skin and mash the tomatoes well.
  • Grind the ingredients: grated coconut, red chilly powder, cumin seeds, turmeric, green chillies, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, curd and almonds(from 4-14) to a fine paste. Keep this aside.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and fry onions until golden brown in color.
  • Add tomato pulp and fry for few minutes.
  • Now add the masala paste and fry till the oil separates.
  • Add mutton and continue frying for a few minutes.
  • Add salt as per taste and cook till done.
  • Best with roti and rice...
