1/2 kg Mutton2-3 nos Onion (sliced)2-3 nos Tomatoes2 tbsp Coconut (grated)1 tsp Garam masala2 tsp Red chilly powder1/2 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)1/2 tsp Turmeric2-3 nos Green chillies1/2" inch Ginger5 cloves GarlicCoriander leaves (a small bunch)1/2 cup Curd10-15 nos Almonds1/2 cup GheeSalt (As reqd) Boil the tomatoes in sufficient water till soft. Remove outer skin and mash the tomatoes well.Grind the ingredients: grated coconut, red chilly powder, cumin seeds, turmeric, green chillies, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, curd and almonds(from 4-14) to a fine paste. Keep this aside.Heat ghee in a pan and fry onions until golden brown in color.Add tomato pulp and fry for few minutes.Now add the masala paste and fry till the oil separates.Add mutton and continue frying for a few minutes.Add salt as per taste and cook till done.Best with roti and rice...
