Ingredients
- Mutton bone and brain : 1 head of goat -
- Crushed coriander : 2 tsp -
- Crushed pepper : 2 - 3 tsp
- Ghee : ½ tsp -
- Curry leaves : 20 leaves -
- Small onion / onion : 2 tsp chopped -
- Mustard : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric powder : a pinch -
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- Clean and wash the brain and bones.
- In a cooker add this bone and brain, crushed coriander, crushed pepper, salt, some curry leaves and pinch of turmeric powder.
- Add 4 cups of water, stir, cover and cook till the soup for 1 cup.
- Enter Step
- Drain it.
- Heat ghee in a pan add mustard, splutter, add chopped onion and curry leaves.
- Stir till it golden colour. [don’t burn it]
- Add the soup in to it.
- Stir well and serve hot.
