Ingredients
- Raw jackfruit - 250 gm
- Coconut(half portion) -
- Dry red chilly - 3 nos
- garlic - 6 pods
- Shallots - 6 nos
- Chilly powder - 1½ tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Water(As reqd) -
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
- Cook the jack fruit in water with chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan and dry roast coconut, dry red chilly, shallots, cumin seeds and garlic.
- Mix the roasted coconut mixture with cooked jack fruit.
