Ingredients
- Raw jackfruit - 500 gm
- garlic - 3 pods
- Coconut - 1/2 pc
- Shallots - 4 nos
- Green chilly - 3 nos
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Water(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Cook the raw jackfruit, chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and water as required in a pressure cooker.
- Grind the coconut, cumin seeds, shallots, garlic and water to make a smooth paste.
- Mix in the raw jackfruit and grinded coconut.
- Mash it with a wooden spoon thoroughly.
- And cook it again for 5-10 minutes.
- :- Serve it for dinner with kanji.
