- Kadachakka/bread fruit(sliced into long thin pieces) - 1 no
- Coconut(grated) - 1 cup
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing nadan kadachakka thoran, cook the kadachakka with chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. Keep this aside.
- Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Roughly crush coconut and green chillies. Add this to the spluttered mustard and fry.
- Add the kadachakka and saute till crispy.
- Nadan kadachakka thoran is ready.
