Ingredients
- Prawns - 500 gm
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 6 nos -
- Onion medium - 2 nos
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cooking oil - 2 tbs
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste -
- Tomato - 1 no
- Green chilly - 3 nos
- Curry leaves -

Instructions
- Heat the pan with oil and put fenugreek seeds
- Fry the onion till brown
- Add ginger/garlic paste and mix well then add turmeric powder, chilly powder, pepper powder, cumin powder and green chilly and stir well
- Add chopped tomato and curry leaves and stir until it becomes a paste
- Add the prawns and mix well
- Close the pan with a lid and cook in low flame about 15-20 minutes, stir occasionally till it turns brown.
- Now it is ready to serve.
