- Shallots - 12 nos
- Green chilly - 1 no
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Water(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Mix together rice flour, chopped shallots, chopped green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder, salt with water as required.
- Make small balls out of the mixture.
- Press it on banana leaf to make small circles.
- Heat oil in a kadai and fry in it till it turns brown in color.
