- paneer 100 gms -
- corn flour 1 sp -
- maida 1 sp -
- rice flour 1 sp -
- chilli powder 1 sp -
- ginger garlic paste 1 sp -
- Salt to taste -
- turmeric powder 1/2 sp -
- curry leaf few -
- Green chilli 2 no. -
- lemon juice 2 sp -

Instructions
- in a bowl take corn flour,rice flour and maida
- along with it take chilli powder,turmeric, salt and ginger garlic paste
- mix well and add slit paneer pieces to it
- fry them in oil and keep aside
- in a pan saute curry leaf and green chilli in butter
- add chilli powder and coriander powder
- add fried paneer and toss to it squeeze lemon and serve hot
